The ERASMUS+ program enables academic staff to carry out short-term teaching visits at partner universities abroad. The program supports the exchange of expertise and teaching experience while contributing to the improvement of educational and research quality at universities.
Charakteristika mobility
Language courses are part of staff mobilities in the form of training (STT) and are intended for both academic and non-academic university staff. The courses may take place at universities, language schools, or other educational institutions abroad. The mobility programme is documented in the Training Mobility Agreement (LINK: section Truni International › Important Documents › Higher Education Mobility Agreement – Training – KA131–KA171–2025_en), which specifies the course content, duration, and expected outcomes.
Objectives of Language Mobility
To improve the language skills of university staff.
To prepare participants for teaching or administrative work in a foreign language.
To support the internationalisation of faculties and departments.
To strengthen communication skills in an international academic environment.
To build a foundation for future international projects.

Conditions for Completing a Mobility
Realizácia jazykovej mobility Erasmus+ je podmienená úspešným absolvovaním výberového konania, ktoré je zverejnené na stránkach príslušnej fakulty.
Mobility Programme for Teaching or Training Purposes
For STT mobilities, a bilateral agreement is not required.
The host institution may be a university, a language school, a non-profit organisation, or another educational institution.
The participant is required to arrange adequate insurance (at minimum, coverage for medical expenses abroad).
The participant must report the business trip to the designated faculty officer.
After the Mobility
At the International Relations Office (IRO), the participant must submit:
- Confirmation of Mobility DurationAt the Financial Department of the respective faculty, the participant must submit:
- Confirmation of Mobility Duration
- Grant Agreement
- Documents for the settlement of the business trip abroad
