Slovak Post
If you plan to order or send something, it’s very likely you will use the services of Slovak Post. It is the national postal service in Slovakia, operating 7 days a week, and there are several offices and parcel boxes located across Trnava. If you need to send a registered letter or package, just visit any Slovak Post Office, where the helpful staff will assist you quickly.
If you use cash-on-delivery orders, you may sometimes find a specific yellow delivery note in your mailbox labeled “Notification of a deposited item.”If this happens, it means the postman attempted to deliver your parcel but couldn’t reach you, or the delivery could not be completed for another reason.
What to Do When You Receive a Yellow Delivery Note
You need to visit the post office listed on the note within the number of days stated on the paper. For better understanding of the main parts of this delivery note, a visual guide is attached below.
