Welcome to the TRUNI International Relations website

The team from the Office for External Relations and Mobility (IRO) is pleased to present the new website of Trnava University, which specializes in international relations, mobility, and transnational platform cooperation.

Are you familiar with Erasmus? BIP? NSP? If the answer is no, you've come to the right place.

Are you interested in studying or doing an internship abroad and don't know where to start? If the answer is yes, you've come to the right place.

Would you like to participate in research or teaching at a foreign university and are you interested in what you need to do first? If the answer is yes, then – again – you've come to the right place.

It doesn't matter if you are a student, PhD researcher, professor, assistant professor, or office worker. Anyone can participate in professional mobility. If you meet all the necessary criteria and are interested, the stars and the IRO team are on your side 😊

Who is the target user group for this website?

Domestic students and employees of Trnava University, as well as foreign students and employees from other universities who want to learn about studying, teaching, or conducting research at Trnava University.

What can you find here?

On the home page, you will find news, basic statistics on cross-border mobility, a calendar of important events, and frequently asked questions.

The interactive map, which provides a clear visual list of universities with Erasmus programs for staff and students, is sure to attract your attention. Using handy filters, you can find a list relevant to your status, faculty, and field of study.

The key section, Apply, contains all the necessary information for potential outgoing students and staff going abroad, as well as those coming to TRUNI. In addition to step-by-step instructions on how to apply for mobility, you will also find the application forms that must be completed in order to participate in international mobility.

In the section of the same name, TRUNI International, you will find official information about the programs and platforms of which Trnava University is a part. The presentation of the Erasmus+ programs, the KreativEU consortium, Euraxess, strategies, and important documents for administrative requirements is only a fraction of the content found here.

The Welcome Center is equivalent to the Euraxess initiative in terms of its responsibilities and is primarily intended for foreign researchers who come to Trnava University for longer stays. It provides comprehensive information about practical life, various services, and leisure activities in Trnava—lists of sports facilities, cafés, restaurants, accommodation facilities, as well as information about the postal service, local doctors, and much more.

Finally, in the contacts section, you will find a list of names of the IRO team and a list of Erasmus+ program coordinators at the faculties, whom you can contact if you cannot find the answers to your questions on the new Truni international website.

We believe that the new website will help you and simplify the entire application process, and that at the end of the day you will choose what suits you best – whether it be an internship, study, teaching, research, or something else – and that you will gain only positive experiences for your personal, academic, or professional life.
